Film in NoCo Presents: FC3 Vid Fest
FC3 VidFest is a showcase of locally-created fanvids, fancams and AMVs with awards judged by local filmmakers and audience members. Rules What is "fan?" Submitted vids must be your own work. A parent or guardian may submit on your behalf if you are not old enough to create an account on a hosting site (e.g. YouTube) Submitted vids must draw from source material you were not involved in the creation of. This could be a TV show, movie, cartoon, anime, comic, concert, play or other relevant medium. If your best friend made a short film, you can use that as a source material. If you starred in that short film, you may not. If you recorded a live performance, but were otherwise uninvolved in its production, you may use that footage.
